Changed your mind

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery costs are for your account.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 6 months of delivery as provided by the Consumer Protection Act. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

How to return

• Email hello@tinkertots.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• We will reply with return instructions.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the item.
