By using the Tinkertots website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Safety and supervision

Please follow the age guidance on each product. Small parts may present a choking hazard for young children. Adult supervision is recommended.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tinkertots is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products or website.
